queyibuke, The question is not wrong as such. But it is quite illogical considering below points:
Pls note:
1. User arcan has written in description in bold and red colours that "DO NOT ASK ME ABOUT KEYS! Keys are distributed by UKHO and their agents."
2. Just above your post, user anmol has asked for keys and user arcan has again answered that it dosent work without keys.
We put a lot of effort into uploading/posting/moderating and trying to share things with all users.
When users dont even bother to read the description or the comments thread above and repeat the same question again which has been clearly answered already, it is quite annoying for all.
Consider it akin to spamming. hence the negative rep.
We do not need to know in comments section whether you will download it or not as it is your own pergorative.

This download is freely available from UKHO website but only as a direct download but due to large file sizes lot of people in third world countries with unstable internet connections would prefer to have it on a torrent via which they can just leave the thing on download and slowly complete it even if it takes a few days.
This post is created only for people who need it as a torrent.
You can directly download it from the given UKHO link and try asking them for keys.
