It has been one of the main purposes of this book, to show in a clear and simple way the development of the exercises, following a similar methodology in all of them and that the total development, both analytical and graphic, can be examined at the same time. On the left page, the statement and development of all operations are shown, which as a general rule are divided into five vertical blocks, except for those exercises which, due to their great length, have not been able to comply with this rule and which, broadly speaking, and on the left on the right they indicate: 1. Calculation of total corrections and directions 2. Hours and distances sailed 3. Markings and delays 4. Various operations such as calculating current intensity and others 5. Situations On the right page we can see on the chart 105 REDUCED (Strait of Gibraltar) or 945 REDUCED (From the Adour river to the Cape of Santa Catalina), the graphic resolution of the exercises.
