Description: By way of additional information, MIRACLE will give warnings about certain known incompatibilities in the loading of certain chemicals in adjacent tanks (adjacent cargo compatibility test) or about the incompatibility of successive loadings of certain chemicals in the same tanks (FOSFA compatibility).
These warnings contained in the MIRACLE-program are based on generally known information or information given by the producers of the chemicals and are not given with the guarantee that the information is correct, up to date or complete.
In addition, MIRACLE also contains further directions for use connected with known incompatibility between certain materials used for the coating of the tanks and chemicals (coating resistance list). These further directions for use are based on information given by the manufacturers of the respective tank coating or the respective chemicals and are also not given on the basis of any guarantee as to whether the information is correct, up to date or complete.
The above additional directions for use referred to do not constitute part of the contractual performance of the service provider and can be limited or removed at any time.
