tapas, Actually, the literature from the 1800s is still actual in most cases and can be interesting, but "technical" tables, which are out of date for more than 15 years is really useless (just for my privat opinion as for navigation officer, who is primary user for such book)... Anyhow, quantity of downloads will show a real situation)))
@ tapas, Please try to understand what @ Arcan meant. Tide is dependent on date so anybody downloading this book would like the latest edition 2018 for practical use. 2002 tides are too old to be of any practical use. The "1800's" content that u talk about might not seem useful to you. But it has no replacement (by either a more relevant book or a more recent edition) So it is unique. Uploaders are giving their time and resource to upload and seed those books and have them available for all.
