Initially, the program was developed to train seafarers in different areas. Probably Filipinos or Hindus can learn some knowledge from here, but for Russian this program can be useful only as a course of English with marine specifics, as the professional level of Russian sailors is quite high. Most of them are outdated, and therefore there may be compatibility problems when installing(running) from under operating systems newer than Windows XP. Conflicts of these programs with MS Office 2007 were also noticed. Therefore before installation I advise to remove it, or to put 2003 Word. If an error occurs at startup, there is no library of some type (for Example: MSOXMLMF.DLL), then do the following: - Go to the site www.dll.ru looking for our library and download. - Copy it to the package From:\Windows\System32 - Open a command prompt in the start (or press win+R). - At the command line, type regsvr32 MSOXMLMF.DLL (After regsvr32 enter a space and the name of your library ) Ready!! Everything should work..

The programs are Packed in iso format, which will open a regular archiver (for example WinRAR), or you can mount these images on a virtual drive using UltraISO or Alcohol120% programs and then run. I personally suggest to extract the file archive to a separate folder, and then run.
