Also, the Steering Committee organized in MEPC, should evaluate the results, and the final draft should be approved by MEPC. For GHG4, an international consortium consisting of 10 Universities and Institutions led by CeDELFT of the Netherlands won the bid in the summer of 2019. Figure 1 shows the institutes of the consortium, and Table 1 shows the main members of the consortium. NK and National Maritime Research Institute are participating from Japan. After about half a year of works, a draft report approved by the Steering Committee has been submitted and will be approved at MEPC75 held in November 2020. NK participated in the consortium not only as of the main author, but also, as a technical director, taking on the role of overall QA / QC.
