There are no idea to release it until will be released version of IMPA with support x64 systems. If you would like to use it on x64 systems - the only one way i see - with using virtual engine (VirtuallBox or VMWare)
Одно мучение на современных ос, только через виртуалку, проще найти ISO образ IMPA Marine Stores Guide v.1.1 и закинуть на виртуальный диск, - работает без проблем, есть на всем известном трекере.
