There is no restriction to post free stuff. Infact lot of the stuff found here can be downloaded online for free. 1) This is a compilation. So it is helpful to download the package from here. Instead of going to imo.org and donwloading individually all files. So we should be actually grateful to the releaser for putting in time and effort to create a compilation for others. It might not be useful or relevant to you. You can choose to ignore it. 2) We cannot keep going to all the places with free stuff each time there is an update. By following the tracker alone, one would find all the latest releases, some free, some paid ones. 3) The idea is to have a single consolidated place where u can come back and get maritime theme related stuff that you are looking for.
