I have 2 Huawei devices, a pad and a cellphone. In the pad I have the same problem, "Unable to retrieve information". But in the cellphone (Huawei P Smart 2019) I can still download maps. I don't know the reason.
arraunlari, set Navoinics on my two P Smarts 2019 a couple days ago - maps are not downloaded for both. Can you download maps on your smartphone still?

Unfortunately the app doesn't update charts anymore with this version and v12 is not cracked yet. Also NOTE! if you install it fresh it is useless as you can only see base map. No detailed view anymore for non-cached users. @Arcan, if you can find v12 please upload. I've been searching it for quite a few months now and nothing was found. :/
