hello all seafarers i just want to know that how can i check my russian charts up to date where can i find a cumulative list for that i stuck to find a solution for that will be gratefull if someone can help me bon voyage
So, the only one place is for that - site of Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation. HERE you can find notices to mariners in english. But cumulative list exist on Russian language only. If you familiar with Russian language - you can read it HERE
