Under the deal, signed on November 13, CSSC Shipping would acquire the vessel at a price of USD 147 million. The unit, scheduled for delivery by March 2020, would be chartered back to Golar LNG at a total charter cost of USD 159.6 million. The charter period was agreed at 36 months from the delivery date.
