Chart unlock codes for TZ Navigator v3

There is a Excel spreadsheet floating around somewhere on this website to unlock charts in Maxsea TZ v2.1.2.
Unfortunately, those unlock codes do not work in TZ Navigator v3.
Are there any chart unlock codes which will work in TZ Navigator v3?
Is anybody willing to share some unlock codes?

I will suggest using Mapmanager v2.6 which contains all UC CODES that you need and it is already been posted by D_E_A
