Администрация сайта имеет право устанавливать те правила, которые считает нужным. Если у Вас есть какие то дельные предложения - напишите админу, он рассмотрит и, возможно, примет к сведению. Мы все так делаем. Если же Вас что то не устраивает на данном сайте - никто вас не неволит создать свой и размещать там то, что вам нравится, в данном случае "за что требуют денег".
