I know I have to accept the rules but, believe me, it is very unfair for me not to be able to download this release because of the download limit ratio. I'm seriously thinking about whether it's worth staying here.
khany, I completely agree with Marlamamba, who, incidentally, contributes to this site with hundreds of uploads. If you read new rules, they recommend to link reputation and ratio with the condition OR. Change it.
