Maritime Law Changes over the time. Information contained in old editions is obsolete and sometimes dangerous to use. Whoever wants to retrieve historical information i.e. of the 5th edition has to seek the archive, or history section.
Maritime Law usual as per LMAA (London Maritime Arbitration) - Case Law , once Courts' judgement granted - it's law for next cases ... fyi: "Laytime" by Summerskill published 1969 - still in force to learn something ... anyway , it's upto u ...
