Hajjouz, If problems with activating TZ (error ac ) do this
delete de license file at C:\Program Data\CrypKey\Licenses folder and , also you need to delete serial_number file at folder C:\ProgramData\TimeZero\MetaCatalog
When you are done with that begin with all the activation process again
or
uninstall TZ v4
delete C:\ProgramData\CrypKey\Licenses
delete C:\ProgramData\TimeZero
RESTART computer
kill process crp32002.ngn if running
reinstall TZ V4.1.0.53 with a new serial number
or
1 - close Timezero
2 - open task manager and kill all the task running named crp320002.ngn
3 - delete folder C:\ProgramData\CrypKey\Licenses
4 - remove the serial number file in programdata/timezero/metacatalog
5 - Deactivate your internet connection
6 - launch again Τimezero and try again the activation.
7 - reactivate TZ with a new serial number and you should be back in business.
