Description: This publication was produced within the framework of the TrainForTrade Port Management Programme of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), financed by the Government of Ireland and the participating ports of Ghana, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria and the Philippines. The programme receives support from Dublin Port Company, Port of Cork Company and Belfast Harbour Commissioners. The Port Management Programme – English Speaking Network – has benefitted since its inception in 2007 from the unstinting support of Ireland’s ambassadors in the participating countries.
