 Mooring equipment available on board and procedures for correct operation.
 Inspection and maintenance of mooring equipment
 Risks associated with use of mooring equipment and control measures.
 Operating procedures for entire mooring operation
 Records and documents of equipment on board, including historical records.
 Guidance for safe mooring practices

 Authorised personnel who require to review vessels mooring equipment status
