Description: The ship is a unique workplace. Seafarers are more prone to having lack of quality sleep and rest because of their dynamic working hours, the unpredictable sea and weather conditions, and crew changes every now and then, among others. This lack of quality sleep and rest results into fatigue, which can potentially jeopardize the overall safety of the vessel and the crew.
