Watch and share this video to find out what (and what not) to do! 2) Reflective Learning A library of reflective learning themes that provide an opportunity to reflect on the causes of incidents in order to gain a deeper behavioural understanding on learning using the structured reflective learning concept. 3) Learning Engagement Tool A library of Learning Engagement Tool (LET) themes to be facilitated on board in small groups of about five people. 4) Resilience A programme made up of five core modules with each module focusing on a different area that makes up our natural capacity to deal with life’s challenges. Additional info: The learning tools would work best when they are embedded into your company training process and rolled out across your whole fleet rather than just the vessels that are on Shell business.
